Heath leads Selkirk Center's operational and institutional buildout. With twenty years in hospital administration, healthcare financing, and system design, he brings the operational discipline a de novo hospital development requires — from regulatory strategy through facility launch and day-to-day governance.
Dr. Myers is an OB/GYN and the clinical founder of Selkirk Center. A U.S. Air Force veteran and native of the Inland Northwest, he pursued advanced training in minimally invasive women's surgical care under internationally recognized practitioners in Europe. He returned to North Idaho with a single objective: build a better institution for women's health, governed by the physicians responsible for delivering it.
Dr. Nichole Myers is a dentist, healthcare advocate, and co-founder of Selkirk Center. Her experience navigating the healthcare system as both a clinician and a patient gives her a perspective on institutional care that is rare at the leadership level. She shapes Selkirk's commitment to dignity, transparency, and a patient experience that matches the quality of clinical care delivered.
Todd Everett is the founder of ECG Everett Construction Group and the development lead for Selkirk Center. With two decades of healthcare facility delivery experience — spanning physician owned hospital builds, ambulatory surgery centers, and mixed-use medical campuses — he brings the construction management depth and cost discipline that complex clinical projects demand.
Denny LaRue is a retired NHL referee with 1,222 career games and four Winter Olympics across a distinguished 25-year career. He brings to Selkirk Center the same qualities that defined his officiating: composure under pressure, credibility in high-stakes rooms, and the relationship capital that opens doors. He leads strategic partnerships and investor relations for the project.
