Todd Everett, a Belhaven University graduate with global experience in London, England, is a construction and development consultant with 20+ years of expertise in property acquisitions, project management, and financial strategy. He specializes in healthcare facilities—leading projects from startup renovations to new builds—and has also delivered mixed-use, Traditional Neighborhood Developments, and commercial projects across multiple states. Outside of his professional work, Todd values time with his wife of 25 years and their three children and is actively involved in leadership with the Boy Scouts of America.
