Todd Everett is a construction and development consultant with more than 20 years of experience in property acquisitions, project management, and financial strategy, with a focused specialty in healthcare facility development.
A Belhaven University graduate with international experience in London, Todd has led projects across the full development lifecycle: from startup renovations and clinical tenant buildouts to ground up physician owned hospital campuses. His work spans multiple states and asset classes, including healthcare facilities, Traditional Neighborhood Developments, mixed use environments, and commercial projects.
At Selkirk Center, Todd brings the operational discipline and delivery track record that a project of this complexity requires. His prior experience building physician owned hospitals informs every decision about phasing, cost management, clinical programming, and long term campus scalability. He understands the specific requirements of healthcare construction, regulatory compliance, clinical workflow integration, infection control standards, and brings that expertise directly to the Selkirk Center build.
Outside his professional work, Todd is married with three children and is actively involved in leadership with the Boy Scouts of America.
